You may grow your hair out, watch what you eat, exercise daily, shave your body, work on your tan, and wear skimpy outfits to attract men. But you're still you at the core, if that makes sense.
So if you want to fix that motorcycle, by all means go ahead. After all, this is the age of women's empowerment! People should no longer bat an eye at the sight of a female gearhead.
Just remember to moisturize after you've cleaned up!
